Who handles your data

What we keep

• Your first name and email, for the order and to find your purchase if you write to us.
• Your WhatsApp number, only if you tick the updates box.
• What you bought, the amount and the Stripe payment reference.
• Your answers to the “We build your store” form, only if you send it.

We never see your bank card: payment is processed by Stripe.

Why

• To deliver the folder and manage your order (performance of the contract).
• To write to you on WhatsApp if you asked for it (your consent, which you can withdraw by replying “STOP”).
• To pass your store request to the partner studio, only if you accept this in the form (your consent).
• To keep accounting records (legal obligation).

Who has access

POEISIS LLC and its technical providers: Stripe (payment), Vercel (website hosting), Notion (order register). Some are based in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Nothing is sold to anyone.

How long

Order data is kept for 10 years for accounting. Your WhatsApp number is deleted as soon as you ask us to stop, or at the latest 3 years after your last exchange with us.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising trackers. It counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying you (pages viewed, country, device, site you came from). It keeps your current order and the link you arrived through in your browser for the length of your visit. Stripe sets the cookies needed to keep payment secure.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, or object to its use, by writing to matteo@vibecodeurlabs.fr. You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).
