1. Who sells

POEISIS LLC, a company organized under US law, registered in New Mexico under number 0008111988, 2585 S Broadway St Unit #207, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901, United States. Contact: matteo@vibecodeurlabs.fr

2. What is sold

Digital content to download:

• ialab ecom (€29): a folder of AI agents (instructions, templates and routines) to use in Claude or ChatGPT, with the bisou model store and the ad templates included in the kit.
• The options offered during checkout, at the price shown next to each one: Higgsfield Pack (€12.99), 300 ready-to-copy stores (€49), Editable ad templates (€19).

Each option is a separate purchase. You are charged only if you add it. No subscription is taken out.

The kit is written in French; your agents talk to you in the language you use.

3. What else you need

The kit works with a paid Claude (Pro) or ChatGPT (Plus) subscription, about €20 per month. It is not included: you take it out directly with Anthropic or OpenAI. The tools you connect to the kit (Shopify, Meta, Google, Higgsfield…) are at your own cost and follow their own terms.

You must be an adult to order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are the final amount to pay. You pay once, by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe.

5. Access to the folder

The folder is available to download as soon as your payment is accepted, on the page shown after payment. No email is sent: keep the folder on your computer. If you lose it, write to us with the email used for payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

By law, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content delivered right away, this right does not apply if you ask to receive it immediately and expressly waive this period (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, “Code de la consommation”). By confirming your payment, you make this request and waive this period, for the order and for any options you add afterwards.

If the folder does not work or does not open, write to us: we fix it or refund you.

7. Results

The kit helps you find a product, build your store, and prepare your visuals and ads. It does not guarantee any sales figure or any income. The figures shown on the page (such as the “×3.4” card) are display examples, not promised results.

8. Use of the folder

The folder is for your personal use and for your store. You may not resell it, share it publicly or redistribute it.

9. Partner links

Some links in the kit (for example to Higgsfield) are referral links. They may give you a discount and earn POEISIS LLC a commission, at no extra cost to you.

10. Updates on WhatsApp

If you tick the box at checkout, you get news and tips on WhatsApp for free. You can stop at any time by replying “STOP”.

11. Complaints

Write to matteo@vibecodeurlabs.fr. We reply within 72 hours. These terms are governed by French law. They do not take away the protections of the country where you live.
